Patricia Alice Bosak, 81 of Pines at Brooks House assisted living in Troy Township, formerly of Cortland, passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at UH Geauga Medical Center. She was born on August 9, 1937 in Orwell, daughter of Walter E. and Mildred L (Infield) Hart. Patricia was a bookkeeper. She worked 6 years for Everett Industries in Warren; Barbe’s Garage in N. Bloomfield and then 9 years at Troy Chemical Industries in Troy Township. She was a member of Parkman Congregational Church for 54 years and played the organ at the church 37 years. She also attended Women's Fellowship at Church. She loved music, playing the organ, and enjoyed going to watch the Packard Concert Band. She also enjoyed the Warren Civic Music programs. Her hobbies included crocheting, knitting and reading. She was loved by her family and friends and will be dearly missed.
Patricia is survived by her loving children, Kevin (Cindy) Bosak of Warren, Steven (Michelle) Bosak of Parkman, and Judy (Kenny) Moore of Wartrace, TN; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Frank J. Bosak in 1984, her parents, one grandchild, and her sister Joan Hall.
Calling hours will be held 1:00-4:00 PM Sunday, August 19, 2018 at Russell-Sly Family Funeral Home, 15670 West High St., Middlefield, OH 44062. A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 AM Monday, August 20, at Parkman Congregational Church, 18265 Madison Rd., Middlefield, Oh 44062. “Please meet at the Church.” Burial will follow at Troy Cemetery.
