Harold EsenwineJanuary 7, 1943 ~ June 10, 2017 (age 74)
Harold Esenwine, 74, lifelong resident of Middlefield, Ohio passed away Saturday, June 10, 2017 at UH Geauga Medical Center. He was born on January 7, 1943 in Warren, Ohio, son of the late Raymond and Anne (Senold) Esenwine. After he graduated from Cardinal High School, he was a general manager and worked in sales for Johnsonite and Johnson Rubber Co. from 1961 to 1991. He married Marilyn McGranahan June 29, 1963. He was a former member of the Middlefield Jaycees; a coach for the Middlefield Little League; and was an avid Cleveland sports fan. His hobbies included bowling and fishing. Harold especially loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Harold is survived by his beloved wife Marilyn of over 53 years; his loving son Douglas Esenwine; two grandchildren, Braden and Benjamin; his sister Martha (Dick) Griffin; brother-in-law Jim Klepek; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents. And his sister Karen Klepek.
Memorial calling hours will be held 4:00 – 6:00 PM with a Celebration of Life at 6:00 PM Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Russell-Sly Family Funeral Home, 15670 West High St., Middlefield, OH 44062. Burial will be at Brownwood Cemetery, Bloomfield Township at a later date.
